# Leaderboard

Users have the opportunity to compete with the best Traders, or simply prove that they are the best, by topping the Leaderboard. The Leaderboard shows a range of users from all over the world, allowing participants to see just how good at trading they are. The Leaderboard is updated in real-time and shows which users have made the biggest earnings, while their portfolio shows how they made those earnings. League of Traders promotes an open and transparent community through which users can learn about investing and trading from one another, while also socializing and having fun.

The transparency of League of Traders and its community produces an effective way to combat scammers in the crypto world. There is a lot of FUD (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) in crypto, but rest assured that if a user is on the Leaderboard, it’s because they can put their money where their mouth is. This feature can be used to create a sense of trust with potential clients, Copy Traders, followers, and whoever else needs to see proof of skill. Even if it isn’t to prevent fraud, getting on the Leaderboard is the best way to prove a trader is as good as they say.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.leagueoftraders.io/solution/leaderboard.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
