# LOT Beacon

LOT Beacon is a decentralized strategy execution module that allows users to directly manage their trading assets and select trading strategies through a smart contract interface. By supporting both manual and automated execution modes, users can apply chosen strategies across centralized (CEX) and decentralized (DEX) exchanges based on their preferences and risk profile.

A key differentiator of LOT Beacon is its support for decentralized exchanges. This ensures users retain full custody of their assets while benefiting from strategy execution without reliance on centralized intermediaries.

Incentives within the Beacon ecosystem are powered by the LOT token. Users pay for access to Beacon strategies using LOT, while contributors who help generate high-performing strategy patterns—such as data providers or community analysts—receive a share of the rewards through a transparent and on-chain distribution mechanism. This aligns the interests of strategy users and creators, reinforcing a decentralized and collaborative trading ecosystem.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.leagueoftraders.io/solution/lot-beacon.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
